Yes, absolutely. You don't have to figure that out before you reach out. You may know exactly what you need or you may simply know that something needs to change. We'll start with where you are and what is calling for your attention. From there, we can determine whether the right container is coaching, thought partnership, consulting, creative collaboration, an immersive experience, or some combination. The starting point doesn't have to be perfectly clear. Clarity often emerges through the conversation itself. Many people arrive with a sense that they help with one of the 4 pathways I offer but not too clear on the details. The discovery call is set up for this purpose. It helps us explore what is present for you and for you to get clear on what exactly I offer and together we can determine if that can help you.

I work with people who sense there is more available to them and are ready to explore what that “more” looks like on their own terms. They may be purpose-led dreamers and visionaries, multi-passionate individuals, founders, leaders, creatives, entrepreneurs, polymaths, or people navigating change and/or a significant life or professional transition. What they tend to share is a desire for greater freedom, authenticity, meaningful work, deeper connection, and a life that feels more fully their own. I also work with groups, teams, communities, and organizations who want to think differently, create consciously, and navigate meaningful change. To reach out to me, share your relevant details in the discovery form on the website. Once I have read your details and decided that a Discovery Call would help us get to know each other, I will share a meeting link with you. In the discovery call, we will discuss what is present for you, what I offer, and whether there is a mutual fit. If we decide to work together, I will share the next steps with you. Office hours are Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 11am - 5pm, and Tuesday, Thursday 9am - 3pm, Central Time Zone (CT).

I define coaching as a transformative partnership designed to take you from good to great and, ultimately, into the uncharted. Coaching is a space to hear yourself more clearly, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and discover what is truly yours to do, create, or become. I don't believe you need to be fixed. You are already whole. You already carry an inner compass. My role is to stand beside you as you navigate: listening deeply, asking powerful questions, reflecting what I see, offering perspective and intuition when useful, and helping you access the knowing that already exists within you. Together, we may explore your identity, beliefs, patterns, desires, purpose, creativity, transitions, decisions, or the gap between the life you're living and the life you're ready to create. My coaching is informed by presence, deep listening, curiosity, intuition, embodied awareness, mindset work, and aligned action. I use my Wayfinder Coaching Model as an underlying framework while allowing each coaching relationship to unfold organically around what is most alive for you. Coaching helps you discover your own answers. It is a process of remembering your true self and becoming more fully yourself. Coaching is generally forward-focused and is not a substitute for mental health care.

I bring together strategy, brand thinking, business transformation, creativity, and a human-centered perspective to help founders, leaders, and teams clarify what they are building, why it matters, and how to bring it to life. This can include brand positioning, business strategy, growth and transformation, innovation, organizational change, and turning big ideas into a clear path forward. The work also looks beneath conventional consulting. We look at the business and the person behind it because the energy, beliefs, values, vision, and leadership of the people building something shape what they create.
